As part of our celebration of International Literacy Day on September 8, 2021, RAP, in partnership with Rex Education, would like to invite you to join us in a webinar forum entitled “Meaning Making Literacy: Teaching Criticality” with Dr. Jose Lalas and Dr. Heidi Strikwerda from the University of Redlands, California, USA. Our live session will be on September 11, 2021, Saturday from 9- 11 am PH time (September 10, 6 – 8 pm California time).

Readers all over the world celebrate the International Literacy Day 2021 on September 8, 2021 with the theme: “Literacy for a Human-centered Recovery: Narrowing the Digital Divide”.

Be connected with the literacy workers of the world. We have about 4,000 members, and 6 regional chapters in key cities and regions/provinces of the country.

You can apply for membership through online payment and application:

(1) Fill out the RAP Membership Form through this link.

(2) Pay membership fee of Php 600 through the RAP bank account:

(3) Send the scanned deposit slip and membership form to rapmembership@gmail.com.

(4) The receipt and RAP ID will be emailed to you within three weeks.
