New RAP Officer for 2019-2022

The Reading Association of the Philippines (RAP) elected its new board of directors and set officers last April 24, 2019 at Xavier School San in San Juan City, Metro Manila.

The newly-elected Board of Directors from 2019-2022 are the following:

Judith J. Batin, Ph.D.
Arnold I. Catapang
Leonor E. Diaz, Ph.D.

RAP prepares for the celebration of its 50th year with a series of activities to promote literacy across the country. Upcoming activities include various literacy projects and fora, a national demonstration festival, and the hosting of the Asian Literacy Conference in Manila.
